1. Eligibility & Age Gate

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on OnlyFilipinas. By registering, you warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you have never been convicted of a felony or any sexual offense. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the service.

1.1 Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

OnlyFilipinas maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit uploading, sharing, or soliciting any content that depicts or encourages the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

Violations result in immediate account termination, device banning, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Philippine authorities (PNP-ACG / DOJ-OOC) in compliance with RA 11930. 2. Community Guidelines & Member Conduct

OnlyFilipinas is committed to creating a respectful, positive, and authentic matchmaking atmosphere. You agree that you will NOT:

• Engage in harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, intimidation, or defamation of any member.
• Use the service for commercial solicitations, escort services, sex work advertisements, prostitution, or financial fraud.
• Upload photographs containing explicit nudity, pornography, violence, weapons, or illegal substances.
• Impersonate another person or publish false, misleading, or deceptive profile information (catfishing).
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access or extract data from our application.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures, including Google Play Integrity attestation and Firebase App Check.

Violations of these standards result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice or refund.

3. Content Ownership & License

You retain all ownership rights to the profile pictures, bio text, and communications you submit to OnlyFilipinas. By posting content on the platform, you grant OnlyFilipinas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the dating service to other members in accordance with your visibility preferences.

4. VIP Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

OnlyFilipinas offers optional paid VIP subscription tiers (e.g., VIP Gold, VIP Platinum) providing enhanced features such as unlimited daily swipes, unlimited rewind passes, and priority candidate visibility.

• Billing Authority: All in-app subscription purchases are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, semi-annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Google Play Store app (Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewal charges while granting access through the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Refund requests for in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app deletion button or our Web Deletion Portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or pose a safety risk to our community.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

OnlyFilipinas provides the matching service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we employ automated security attestation, verification badges, and proactive moderation, we cannot guarantee the background, intent, or conduct of every individual member. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. Always follow standard dating safety precautions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
